Custom indexes and filebacks create a filing system within your folder! They can save you so much time when looking for information within your files that they pay for themselves many times over. Ancom indexes can be hole-punched for folders or 3-ring or 5-ring binders. The holes are reinforced for added durability. Indexes can be fastened into folders on the side, book style. with tabs on the side (figure A), or at the top, tumble style with tabs on the side (B). The tabs can also be on the bottom if fastened at the top, tumble style (C).

Filebacks (D-G) have the same fastener and tab position options, but come with a fastener installed so that sections stay together when adding or removing a page. Ask for a free sample to see how they work!

After selecting an index or fileback style, decide how many tabs you need and what their titles will be (more details on how to do this in Design Your Own Indexes). Choose the order they are to go in and a color for each one. The index body itself can be white or ivory, and can have imprinting of your form or message if needed. Then decide if you want them packaged by title or collated in sets, and how many you might wish to order, and we will give you an estimate. They are more affordable than you might think!

 

 

 

When you order, we will provide a free proof, usually via fax. Production time is about 15 days after we receive your approval. Ancom can also pre-install indexes in folders for a nominal fee.
