BIOMETRIC ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM BY L.E.I.D. AND PATTI ENGINEERING

Law enforcement agencies utilize the Biometric Access Control System (BACS) to secure and trace weapons and other assets to individual officers.  A combination of fingerprint reading, barcode scanning and RFID technologies identify who has had possesion of the asset and when.  It also informs administration whether or not the asset was returned to storage.  These same technologies can be used to schedule maintenance and repairs.

All of this information is then stored in a central ID station.  Administrators have the choice of viewing the information at the I.D. station or remotely from their own desk via the Inernet.

  REMOTE ASSET DISTRIBUTION FOR LIBRARIES AND RENTAL COPANIES BY L.E.I.D AND PATTI ENGINEERING

Libraries and equipment rental/distribution companies use the L.E.I.D. electronic modular access units (EMAU's), electronic keypad and/or card reader kiosk and Patti Engineering's Access It technology to establish remote disribution centers.  Since convenience has become such a high priority in todays virtual world, L.E.I.D.'s distribution system provides libraries and other rental companies an effective way to disseminate materials in multiple locations. Additionally, patrons can retrieve their materials from EMAU's 24/7/365, given that they are in a location that is open 24 hours every day.

As many as eight EMAU's can be daisy-chained together and controlled by a single keypad/card reader kiosk.  They can also stand on pedestals or be built into walls or other structures.

EMAU's come in a wide range of compartment sizes to meet your specific needs.  Quantity of compartments per unit depends upon compartment size.
